Sourced from the oldest Cabernet vines and carefully harvested, this wine undergoes a 20-month post-fermentation aging process in predominantly neutral French oak barrels. This gives the wine structure without compromising its natural complexity on both the nose and palate. A reserve red wine, this Cabernet Franc is made with minimal intervention and bottled unfiltered to maintain its integrity and extend its aging potential.

A deep, vibrant ruby ​​red colour underlines the youthfulness and richness of this wine. The bouquet reveals inviting notes of ripe black cherries, tangy red currants and a subtle raspberry sweetness. These bright fruit aromas are elegantly intertwined with the richness of dark chocolate. A subtle hint of roasted red pepper adds an intriguing dimension and depth to the profile.

As it enters your palate, a symphony of flavours unfolds. The foreground shows the dark, lush essence of cherry, intertwined with the juicy intensity of blackberry. These flavours give way seamlessly to the juicy notes of red plum, creating a delicious balance. The lush essence of black forest cake comes to the fore, with layers of rich chocolate and hints of dark fruit, enhancing the opulence of the wine. Towards the end, a subtle kick of chilli pepper comes through, adding a slight spicy heat and enriching the complexity and depth of the tasting experience.
