Warranty and complaints

First of all, we try to do everything we can to prevent complaints from arising. For example, if it turns out that the wine unexpectedly contains 'cork', you can be sure that we will provide you with a new bottle of wine.

Should you nevertheless have a complaint, we request that you first make your complaint known to us by sending an email to info@ijswijnen.nl. Should this not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your complaint via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
