Returns

IJswijnen.nl does everything it can to inform you as well as possible about the wines. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return unopened bottles within 30 days of receipt.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product(s). You will then be credited with the full amount for the bottles including shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home back to IJswijnen.nl are also for our account. (The return costs for orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium are for your own account)
If you use your right of withdrawal, you must return the wine with all delivered accessories in the original and unopened state in the original packaging to IJswijnen. To use this right, you can contact us via info@ijswijnen.nl. You will then receive a withdrawal form from us. We then request that you fill it in completely.

You will receive a return label from us that you stick on the original shipping box, over the old shipping label. You can then drop off the package at the Post Office without any additional payment (only within the Netherlands and Belgium). As soon as we have received the package back, you will receive the amount back on your account within 14 days.
