Bella Terra Vineyards - Sauvignon Blanc 2023

An extremely generous Sauvignon Blanc from the vineyards of Niagara Lakeshore. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve the expressive aromas of lime peel, ripe honeydew melon, classic notes of gooseberry and grapefruit with a subtle spicy hint of freshly cut grass. On the nose there is a penetrating minerality that provides a lively freshness.

The palate immediately reflects these impressions, with the same grapefruit and honeydew melon taking centre stage. More intense flavours of key lime pie and lemongrass help balance the lingering mineral notes. Fresh and crisp with a sharp acidity, this wine is a perfect match for a variety of dishes, but will also shine solo.
