Jonny Wegleitner Chardonnay Beerenauslese

The Wegleitner winery is located in the heart of the Seewinkel. The Seewinkel or "Meerhoek" is a lake district right next to the Neusiedler See in the Austrian Burgenland. Numerous international tastings have shown that the world's best sweet wines thrive around these many lakes. The Wegleitner vineyards are therefore located in top locations in the region.

Since 1997, the winery Jonny Wegleitner has been passionate about winemaking. He took over the family business from his parents in 2011, based on a long tradition and family history.

Johannes is an enthusiastic winemaker and as a true all-rounder, he takes care of marketing, sales, cellar work and coordinates the most important work in the vineyards. Accurate quality control and attention to good wine can be found in his strong aromatic and fruity wines.

He has already achieved many successes with red and sweet wines. Time and again his wines received various awards with excellent points. 90 points and more are not unusual and this confirms the excellent quality.

Hard and blue cheeses ; hot chocolate preparations ; and creamy desserts with nuts; fruit desserts ; ice cream; crème brulée; or delicious as an after-dinner drink.
