A stunning example of finesse, elegance and complexity. The grapes are hand-harvested from the winery’s oldest vineyard, planted in 1988, and show the world-class potential of Chardonnay in Niagara. After the second fermentation in the bottle, the wine rests for four years before being carefully corked.
Aromas and Taste
The nose is dominated by zesty aromas of lemon and green apple, complemented by a hint of peach and pear that add extra depth. The palate is pampered with a silky texture in which citrus and orchard fruits come together harmoniously. A rich mid-palate, a lingering roasted finish and a distinctive elegant minerality complete the taste experience.
