The 2020 vintage was a spectacular one for the warm Four Mile Creek appellation in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the winery's Riesling "Wild Ferment" certainly doesn't disappoint.

This special Riesling is made to mature. The winery allows this wine to mature in the bottle for at least a year before releasing it, so that it can develop its full potential. Fermented with 100% indigenous yeasts from their own vineyard, this wine offers a bouquet of Orange blossom, honeysuckle, green apple, grapefruit and a touch of white flowers such as jasmine and lilac. The complex palate reveals a great texture and creamy nuances with flavors of mandarin, orange jelly, green apple and a refreshing hint of pineapple. The spicy finish with notes of White pepper, lemongrass and cardamom add an extra layer of complexity that extends the taste experience.
